What is the duration of the contract?
The minimum duration is one year (12 months). There is a possibility of renewal for more years.
What is included in the rent?
The price includes furniture, internet access, maintenance of common areas and basic amenities. Expenses (electricity, water, heating) are also covered, depending on the apartment.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Each apartment has a bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, kitchen with basic electrical appliances, bathroom and air conditioning.
Is it possible to visit before renting?
Of course. By appointment, you can see the apartment in person or request a virtual tour via video.
Are the apartments close to the university?
Yes. All are located within walking distance of the Democritus University of Thrace and are served by public transportation.
Is there support in case of technical problems?
Yes. We have technical support to immediately address any faults and damages.
What is needed for booking?
A deposit and a signed rental agreement are required. You will be asked for basic documents (student pass, ID card, etc.).
Are there any shared areas or facilities?
In some complexes there are common areas, such as a living room, laundry room or study. Please inquire per apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Usually not, for reasons of hygiene and quiet, except in special cases by prior arrangement.
